American Music and Harvest Festival

Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm, 5 Little's Lane, Newbury, MA
Enjoy two days of music, baseball, and farm activities featuring four centuries of American music. This festival celebrates everything from traditional to bluegrass, funk, folk, and beyond.
Enjoy a variety of farm activities and crafts during the festival: Watch the Essex Base Ball Association play by 1861 rules. See tractors and other farm equipment spanning the last eighty years. Try your hand and win prizes at corn husking. Learn how simple machines help farmers pump water, press cider, and prepare food. Enjoy a wagon ride through brightly colored autumn fields, build scarecrows, and make fall crafts. Tour the 1690 stone and brick manor house. Lunch vendors TBA.

The Newburyport Education Foundation is the primary sponsor of this community event to benefit local education foundations and schools. Proceeds also benefit: Amesbury Education Foundation, Georgetown Education Foundation, Ipswich Education Foundation, Masconomet Education Foundation, Pentucket Education Foundation, Triton Education Foundation, River Valley Charter School, and Immaculate Conception School. The recipient of the funds is selected when tickets are purchased. Choose the education foundation you would like to donate proceeds to at checkout.
